By creating an account or using our coaching communications platform ("Nexus"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Nexus is operated by Volveron LLC.
Nexus is a messaging and coaching management platform that integrates SMS, email, and AI-powered message handling. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each user account is for a single individual. You may not share credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription begins after your 14-day free trial ends. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
AI-generated responses are suggestions and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is sent to your clients. Volveron LLC is not liable for any consequences of AI-generated messages.
By opting in to receive SMS messages through our platform, you consent to receive text messages related to your coaching program. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. We will not share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through the platform. We do not claim ownership of your messages, contacts, or coaching content.
The service is provided without warranty of any kind. Volveron LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
